1. Basic Policy

RESTPLACE Inc. (“Company”) handles user information in “効果音生成AI 描いた音を形に” (“Service”) appropriately and only to the extent necessary, in accordance with applicable law.

2. Information We May Collect or Process

To provide the Service, we may collect or process:

• text, prompts and other input submitted for AI generation;
• generated sound effects and information necessary for generation;
• app usage, interactions, error and crash information;
• device, OS, app version, IP address and other technical information;
• identifiers used for advertising, where permitted and, where required, within the scope of user consent;
• purchase and subscription status and other information required to verify App Store transactions; and
• inquiry content and contact information when a user contacts us.

The Service is not designed for the Company to directly collect users’ payment card numbers. App Store payments are processed through Apple.

3. Purposes of Use

We use information for:

1. providing AI sound generation and other Service functions;
2. verifying and reflecting purchases, coins and subscription status;
3. delivering and controlling advertising and preventing fraud;
4. investigating failures, improving quality, maintaining security and preventing abuse;
5. responding to user inquiries; and
