These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the conditions for use of “効果音生成AI 描いた音を形に” (the “Service”) provided by RESTPLACE Inc. (“Company”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides AI-generated sound effects based on user instructions, browsing, playback and saving of sound effects supplied in the Service, and related functions. The Company may change the content, specifications or method of providing the Service when reasonably necessary.
Users are responsible, at their own cost, for devices, communications, operating systems and other environments required to use the Service.
The Service may offer in-app coins used for AI generation, paid features and subscriptions. Prices, amounts granted or consumed, renewal terms and other purchase conditions are those displayed in the Service or the App Store at the time of purchase.
Coins may be used only within the Service and have no cash value. Except where required by applicable law, the Company does not voluntarily exchange or redeem coins for cash.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds for subscriptions are handled through Apple and are subject to applicable App Store terms.
AI output may vary depending on prompts, system conditions and other factors. The Company does not guarantee any particular output, quality, accuracy, completeness, uniqueness, continuous generation success or fitness for a particular purpose. Identical or similar outputs may be generated for other users.
Subject to applicable law, these Terms and any applicable third-party terms, users may use sound effects generated through the Service for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
The Company does not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights, or that any exclusive right arises in favor of the user. Users are responsible for any rights clearance required for their use.
Users are responsible for text, prompts and other information submitted to the Service and for use of generated content. Users must not submit materials that infringe third-party rights, are unlawful, or that they are not authorized to use.
Users must not: violate laws or public order; infringe rights of the Company or third parties; interfere with the Service; conduct unauthorized access or reverse engineering; obtain coins or benefits fraudulently; use the Service for crime, fraud or other unlawful acts; or engage in other conduct reasonably determined by the Company to be inappropriate.
