RESTPLACE Inc. (the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") as follows regarding the handling of user information in the game application "Brain Quiz Challenge: World Knowledge & Insight Training" (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 1. Basic Policy

The Company appropriately handles user information processed in the Service only to the extent necessary for its purposes of use.

Article 2. Information Stored on the Device

The Service stores the following game data on the user's device:

1. Problem progress
2. Play records
3. Information concerning in-app settings

This game data is used to save problem progress and settings and apply them to subsequent gameplay.

This game data is not transmitted to the Company's servers.

Some or all game data stored on the device may be lost due to a device change, deletion or reinstallation of the application, an OS update, device failure, device initialization, or other circumstances.

Article 3. Information Transmitted in Connection with Advertising

To deliver banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, and app open advertisements, the Service uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google LLC.

The following information may be transmitted to Google LLC through the Google Mobile Ads SDK:

1. IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
2. Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
3. Information about advertisements displayed
4. Information concerning app launches, taps, advertisement views, and other interactions
5. App launch time, suspended status, energy usage, and other performance information
6. Crash logs and diagnostic information related to the Google Mobile Ads SDK
