The Service is an entertainment game in which users excavate stages with in-game drills and pickaxes, obtain fossil rocks, treasures, coins and other items, and display excavated fossils in a dinosaur museum.
The Service provides stages, fossils, treasure chests, excavation tools, a museum, and other game content.
The Company may change the content or specifications of the Service as necessary for improvement, maintenance, addition or modification of stages or other content, or other necessary purposes.
The drills, pickaxes and other excavation tools appearing in the Service, and the ways they are used, include entirely fictional in-game depictions.
The Service does not recommend real-world use of tools, mining, excavation, entry into caves or similar activities, nor does it explain safe methods for such activities.
Real-world use of tools, mining or excavation may involve injury, accidents, damage to land or cultural property and other dangers, and may require the owner’s permission or legal procedures depending on the location.
Users must not imitate in real life any action or depiction shown in the Service.
Dinosaurs, fossils, fossil rocks, excavation sites, classifications, rarity, appearance rates, restoration methods, museum displays and other content in the Service may include fictional or game-oriented depictions.
The Service does not provide academic or professional information in archaeology, paleontology, geology or any other field.
Fossils, fossil rocks, treasures, coins, treasure chests, excavation tools and other game data obtained in the Service may be used or viewed only within the Service.
They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, fossils or any other economic benefit.
Users may not transfer, sell, lend or otherwise dispose of such game data to any third party.
