Privacy Policy

RESTPLACE Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) provides this Privacy Policy for Handsome Guy Food Training Game (食べてムキムキ / イケメン食トレ育成ゲーム). This policy describes the current iOS release, including Game Center rankings and Google AdMob advertising.

Article 1. Basic Policy

The Company respects users’ privacy and handles user information appropriately in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information and privacy.

The Company endeavors not to collect user information beyond the scope reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.

Article 2. Information We Collect

The Service may collect or store the following information for purposes such as providing the Service, operating the ranking function, preventing misuse, responding to reports and inquiries, and otherwise achieving the purposes set forth in this Policy.

  1. Game results necessary for ranking functions, including the weight recorded in the game
  2. Record IDs used to identify ranking records
  3. Game Center display names chosen in the user’s Apple Game Center profile.
  4. Game Center player identifiers used by Apple to associate submitted scores with players. Current versions do not create Supabase anonymous accounts or send new ranking records to Supabase.
  5. If a user chooses to contact support or report a concern by email, the email address, message and any information voluntarily included are processed to respond.
  6. Email address, inquiry details, and other information voluntarily provided by the user when contacting the Company
  7. Other information reasonably necessary for providing the Service, preventing misuse, and maintaining security

The current version uses Apple Game Center for optional online rankings. Apple handles Game Center authentication; the app does not receive the user’s Apple Account password. Legacy Supabase records from earlier releases are kept separately and are not migrated into the new leaderboard.

Certain game-related information, including the user’s best recorded weight, selected language, and BGM settings, may also be stored locally on the user’s device.

The Service does not, as a general rule, require users to provide their name, residential address, telephone number, or other similar information for account registration.
