Estos términos se aplican a la aplicación de cambio de tamaño de imágenes de RESTPLACE Co., Ltd. Los términos en inglés que figuran a continuación regulan el mismo servicio; las imágenes se procesan en el dispositivo y no se requiere cuenta, inicio de sesión ni compra de pago.

These Terms govern the image-resizing app “Image Resize – Easy Batch & Flexible” provided by RESTPLACE Co., Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

The Service provides image resizing, aspect-ratio adjustment, presets, batch conversion and saving to the device. No account, login or paid purchase is required.

2. Image processing

Selected images are processed on the device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for storage, backup and management of original and converted images.

3. Advertising

The Service displays banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Transactions or disputes concerning ads are between you and the relevant advertiser, except where we are legally responsible.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not violate law or public order, infringe third-party copyright, portrait, privacy or other rights, unlawfully analyze or modify the Service, interfere with operation, or engage in other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate.

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the Service’s software, design, text and icons belong to us or legitimate rights holders. Rights in images you process remain with you or their legitimate rights holders.

6. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, legal requirements, app-store or advertising-provider requirements, or other reasonable reasons.

7. Warranty and liability

We do not guarantee error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or any specific image quality, file size or result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is limited to JPY 1,000. This limit does not apply to intentional or gross negligence or where prohibited by law.

8. User responsibility

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions for images you process.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary and will announce material changes appropriately.
