RESTPLACE Inc. (the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in the game application “Porcupinefish Raising Game: A Small Ocean Aquarium” (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 1 — Basic Policy

The Company appropriately handles user information processed through the Service only to the extent necessary for its stated purposes of use.

Article 2 — Information Stored on the Device

The Service stores the following game data on the user’s device:

1. Porcupinefish raising status
2. Game progress and play records
3. Information relating to in-app settings

This game data is used to save raising status, game progress, and settings and to reflect them in subsequent play sessions.

This game data is not transmitted to the Company’s servers.

Some or all game data stored on the device may be lost due to changing devices, deleting or reinstalling the application, OS updates, device failure, device initialization, or other circumstances.

Article 3 — Information Transmitted for Advertising

The Service uses the Google AdMob advertising service and Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google LLC to deliver banner and interstitial advertisements.

The following information may be transmitted to Google LLC through the Google Mobile Ads SDK:

1. IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
2. Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
3. Information about advertisements displayed
4. Information about application launches, taps, advertisement views, and other interactions
5. Performance information, including application launch time, suspended state, and energy usage
6. Crash logs and diagnostic information relating to the Google Mobile Ads SDK
