RESTPLACE Inc. (the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") as follows concerning the handling of user information in the game application "Seafood Crane Game: Sea Creature Collection" (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Basic Policy)

The Company appropriately handles user information processed in the Service only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is used.

Article 2 (Information Stored on the Device)

The Service stores the following game data on the user's device:

1. Game progress and play records
2. Information concerning sea creatures and other collections obtained
3. Information concerning in-app settings

This game data is used to save game progress, collections, and settings and to reflect them in subsequent play sessions.

This game data is not transmitted to the Company's servers.

Some or all game data stored on the device may be lost due to a device change, deletion or reinstallation of the application, an OS update, device failure, device initialization, or other circumstances.

Article 3 (Information Transmitted in Connection with Advertising)

To deliver banner advertisements and interstitial advertisements, the Service uses the advertising service "Google AdMob" and the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google LLC.

The following information may be transmitted to Google LLC through the Google Mobile Ads SDK:

1. IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
2. Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
3. Information about advertisements displayed
4. Information about application launches, taps, advertisement views, and other interactions
5. Application launch time, suspended state, energy usage, and other performance information
6. Crash logs and diagnostic information concerning the Google Mobile Ads SDK
